• Q: How do I know the status of my Order?

  A: We'll email you as soon as it's physically despatched.
  This will usually (but not always) be about 48 hours after you've placed your order.

• Q: Do you Accept Amex?

  A: Sorry, no, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Mastercard, and most Debit Cards.

• Q: What happens if the products are broken when I receive them?

  A: Please contact us straight away if your goods are damaged or faulty.
  

• Q: I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, can I return it?

  A: If you have ordered the wrong item you can return it to us at your own expense.  If the item is unopened we will make a full refund, but if the item has been used then only a partial refund can be offered.  The amount will depend on the condition of the item as tents in particular cannot be resold as new by us if they have been unpacked or erected.

• Q: Someone stole my card and used it to buy stuff from your site, what do I do?

  A: Contact your card company first and tell them to cancel your card because it's been stolen. Then contact us so that we can liaise with your card company to get the money refunded.

• Q: I've changed my mind, can I return it?

  A: If you have changed your mind you can return it to us at your own expense.  If the item is unopened we will make a full refund, but if the item has been used then only a partial refund can be offered.  The amount will depend on the condition of the item as tents in particular cannot be resold as new by us if they have been unpacked or erected.

• Q: How long does it take to arrive?

  A: Products will take up to 5 working days (Mon-Fri) to arrive (from the point of you placing the order, to the point of you receiving the package).
  

• Q: Which couriers do you use?

  A: We use Parcelforce 48hour service and UPS.  All deliveries require a signature at point of delivery.
  

• Q: How much is shipping?

  A: United Kingdom includes the UK mainland.  There will be a surcharge for offshore addresses and the Scottish Highlands.
  
  Free delivery on orders of £150. Under £150 delivery is £7.50
