Delivery Charges
We are still able to offer free delivery on orders of £150 and over, but unfortunately due to ever increasing carriage charges we now have to charge £7.50 for delivery of orders under £150.
Delivery Zones
United Kingdom includes the UK mainland.
Please ring for quote for delivery outside UK mainland.
Delivery
Normally your order should be delivered within 2 to 3 days, but due to the seasonal nature of our store, certain products such as tents, sleeping bags and rucsacks may only be available from January/February through to September. Most other items should be available at all times. All items for sale are usually kept in stock. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the out of stock items or will be given an expected date of delivery.
